Course Overview
This practical, industry-oriented certificate course is designed to equip participants with hands-on knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The course combines legal concepts with real-world applications through live drafting, official IP database searches, AI-assisted legal research, case studies, and practical assignments.
Participants will learn to draft key IP documents, conduct trademark and patent searches, perform IP audits, develop IP protection strategies for startups, and analyze legal issues surrounding AI-generated inventions and content. By the end of the course, learners will have practical skills that are directly applicable in law firms, corporate legal teams, startups, and IP consultancy.
