The judiciary in India is not reformed due to the increase in number of cases, shortage of judges, long hearing dates and the lengthy procedures. All these things in India lead to the delay in the justice which is anyway equal to the denial in the justice. To restore the productivity in the judiciary system, artificial intelligence needs to be incorporated in the Indian judicial system.
