The field of artificial intelligence (AI) is experiencing rapid growth, and it is expected that within the next decade, AI technology will become widely accessible in homes, workplaces, businesses, and for the general public. The utilization of AI technology for security purposes is undergoing a global transformation, impacting both governments and the general population. Over the past decade, the presence of AI surveillance has been easily observable by traveling to major airports worldwide or through the central business districts of large cities.

The field of artificial intelligence (AI) is currently experiencing an unprecedented rate of growth and advancement. It is widely anticipated that within the next ten years, AI technology will become ubiquitous and readily available in homes, workplaces, businesses, and will have a profound impact on society as a whole. Its influence will extend into almost every facet of our existence, revolutionizing the way we live, work, and interact.

Landmark laws like the CFAA and GDPR wrestled with data privacy, copyright, and cybercrime, while events like 9/11 and Snowden’s leaks underscored the vulnerability of our interconnected world. Today, AI and social media raise new ethical dilemmas, demanding constant adaptation and global unity to keep pace with the ever-evolving digital frontier.

As computers became more prevalent in the late 20th century, legal issues and challenges related to their use and misuse began to arise. These systems excel at their specific tasks but lack the ability to generalize their knowledge to other domains.
