Remembering that India is a diverse, big country with a long and complex history and that its problems cannot be boiled down to politics alone is essential. However, politics does play a significant role in how the country grows. Here are some crucial considerations:
Political Corruption: Corruption has long been a concern in Indian politics. The funding of initiatives that foster growth can be taken away by dishonest politicians and bureaucrats, endangering the efficient running of governmental institutions. This might prevent progress.
Administrative Red Tape: It might be difficult to successfully implement policies and carry out development projects due to India’s bureaucracy’s slowness and hefty administrative factors.
Political Fragmentation: India has a very fractured political system, with numerous political parties active at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
