Kolkata police has seized 53 items , including nine crucial pieces of evidence , in connection with the rape and murder case of a post graduate trainee at RG KAUR Medical College Key digital evidence such as phone tower location and CCTV footage placed prime suspect Sanjay Roy at the scene.
The report confirms that the victim was subjected to manual strangulation and smothering which caused her death . It highlighted that she was been sexually assaulted. According to the report rape was committed. First mouth was chocked to killed her and to ensure that she was dead the accused strangulated her neck. Vaginal tissues were found damaged with internal bleeding observed .fluid weighting 151 gm was found inside her private part but forensic analysis , including DNA tests , will be done to ascertain whether it is the victims body fluid or semen .
There were external 16 injuries on victims body including abrasion on the cheeks arms and knees and injuries to the private parts .
The supreme court has taken Suo moto of the case and is set to hear it on 20 aug.

Some nurses who were in the campus said that they are really scared but they have to stay as they have no other option . According to the repost there are 2 hostel available which are totally full.
The nurse in the news said that while night shift they are really scared as they work alone . They feel unsafe unsecure .
The body of a doctor 31 years old found naked inside the seminar hall on 9 th August at RG kaur hospital.
The postmortem report said that the doctor was raped and killed and it was called to be gang raped several marks were found in her body.
Her eyes were bleeding as her specs broken in to her eyes
According to the recent update , the doctor was alive till 3 am.

Kabila sarkar , 52 years old layer with 25 years of experience has been appointed for RG kaur case by sealdah court defend Sanjay Roy.
Sanjay Roy was sent to custody till sept 6 on Friday . Mr . Roy a civic police volunteer was arrested by Kolkata Police on August 10 a day after the crime .

The post graduate trainee doctor was found on the premises at RG kaur hospital . Polygraph test on accused Sanjay Roy,and ex principal Sandip Ghosh and 5 others have been transferred to the central bureau of investigation (CBI) by the special Investigation Team.
A civic volunteer was arrested on the following day on 10 August.

The supreme court on aug 20 through investigation conducted it’s as rape and murder of the doctor RG kaur Medical College Hospital at Kolkata .
According to live , report the supreme court taken Suo Motu Which is heard by Calcutta hight court.
The bench said through investigation report that why the FIR has been filed in delay, the crime scene passed since discovery of the body . This was surprising , post mortem that this was unnatural cause of death at one point.
The same judge said that he was not come across such as handling of procedure by police in his thirty years.
During the hearing the postmortem report defined that there were 150 gm of semen in the victims body. A women can only take up to 15 gm.
The CJI highlighted the delay and said that the principal was trying to protect some one .
The apex court asked protested doctor to return to their duty.
The remaining six individual include former principal Sandip Ghosh four doctors on duty the night of that incident and a civil volunteer will face a test at central forensic laboratory office in Kolkata .
