INTRODUCTION
The Palestine-Israel conflict is one of the most disturbing and controversial issues that has attracted the maximum attention of people, as well as students and all teachers who are interested in geopolitical issues and international relations of the world. Various studies have been conducted to understand and explain the problem of the conflict between the Palestinian and Israeli communities at their home or anywhere they live out of the country. The current situation is not under control, and both countries are relying on the war to settle the problem.
This dispute between Palestine and Israel is one of the oldest century-old issue. The jews, the original inhabitants of Palestine, were conquered by the tribes, and the Arabs were one of them. For centuries, jews were treated badly in their motherland as every ruler of that time imposed different rules on them. Some of them are easy-going and tolerable, but the others are as hostile in their motherland. Whenever the new ruler or the conqueror of the land comes, the scene would be quite different, where the Palestinian citizens were compelled to quite the area out of fear or in search of green pastures. Initially, the people who stayed there were the Arabs, the Muslim community with a Muslim ruler, and they enjoyed the land. Over a period of time, the region had become their region where they enjoyed the majority.

Besides, the Palestinian militant groups continued their attacks on Israeli soldiers and civilians, while Israel continues building settlements in the West Bank. Thus, both the Hamas takeover of the Gaza Strip and the rise to power of right-wing parties in Israel are evidence that forces on both sides have emerged that both countries are avoiding peace settlement and preferring the continue the conflict as they intentionally want the war to happen .. The Arab Israeli conflict is a century-long political tensions and open hostilities that involves the Zionist movement and the creation of the state of Israel, as well as the establishment and independence of the Arabs. The changing relationship between Arab countries and Israel is related to it. Despite being a small land and number of casualties, the conflict has been the focus of worldwide attention for decades. Many countries support Islam and so help the Gaza as Arab culture, and Christianity, Judaism, or Jewish culture. Or for the ideologies, human rights, strategic or financial reasons, and exposed the conflict through their media platforms.
SECURITY BARRIER AND CONFLICTING

Again, Palestinians tried to manipulate and influence to trust the public to trust the fact. In consequence, the a confrontation between both sides in an asymmetric war. Even when the Palestinians targeted Israeli civilians, every effort was made by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) not to harm innocent Palestinian civilians while carrying on the struggle against Palestinian terror. The main purpose of the security fence was to defend the citizens of Israel.
The Major security consideration that got attention. It needs to look whether the security wall is well enhanced or not, concerning the people on both sides. I the fight between the two countries, there are some security barriers. There are some major factors leading to the delegitimization of Israel. In response to it, the Palestinians took advantage of its construction to promote propaganda and present an overstated picture, which shows that justice has not been done to them.
What happened was the Palestinian attack, which affects the daily life of people so therefore, Israel has no choice other than to make the security fence. Later on, various conflicts continued to happen. There were various attempts from the side of Israel to stop the border conflict. However, Palestinians again managed to avoid a political solution to the current conflicts.
SOME MAJOR CONCERNS
Israel continues to secure their part of the land controversially. All we can see only the land dispute. This dispute was about the land, which was used for the protection of territory was a land that the Palestinians used for agriculture. This barrier made them stop to surpass the land restrictions that were on the movement created by the security barrier, which prevents people from going to work. As is protect their piece of land, we also save our motherland. if we talk about the barriers, we have in LOC to protect from Pakistan in Baghdad the green zone, in Saudi Arabia, from Yemen, these are the barriers which help to protect u from Islamic terrorists.
OTHER COUNTRIES RESPONSE
Hamas launched their deadly attack on Israel in October 2023, trying to destroy Israel’s defence system and to escape the ground operation within the Gaza Strip. From that time, the war has started and is still continues. In retaliation, Israel also starts to ceases the ceasefire to protect itself. Currently, it’s 2025, and the war is still going. countries like the United States, Egypt, and Qatar tried to mediate a ceasefire to stop the tension between Israel, Palestine, to end fifteen months of war. In March 2025, Israel tried its power to renew their war by launching a major military campaign across the entire territory, including Gaza City. There were two months of total blockade of humanitarian aid, which has caused famine and malnutrition is targeting people in Gaza.
United States of America
The US has criticized Israel’s aid system restricted to some places for distribution. Palestinians have to go and travel far away distance to get the aid. When the 2023 Hamas helicopter attack Israel, they killed almost 1200 more than this, and approximately. 3000 those who are injured and taking hundreds of hostages there after the war begins, where the defence minister of Israel will declare a complete siege of Gaza.
The US has stated that the things which Israel is been doing are not humanitarian, where Israel singled out their intent to shift its focus from northern Gaza.
When Israel thought of doing an attack on Rafah city, the operation got public backlash, even from Biden. The US has tried to stop the war by not providing shipments of bombs to Israel. The administration has said that the weapons can cause serious and unacceptable loss of life to people at the place where the urban environment of millions of Gaza Civilians was sheltering. Biden has publicly stated that if Israel does not stop, it will going to affect their trade if the operation Rafah is launched.
War has raised concern beyond Gaza as hospitals, schools, and targeting all journalists, which can lead to diseases such as polio, the infrastructure the condition may allow them. Even they did not spare World Centre Kitchen and the World Food Program, which has created a chilling effect on the agencies which war provide humanitarian aid. According an estimated data, almost 1.9 million Gazans have been displaced and are facing acute or catastrophic food insecurity. War has put 46000 people of Gaza to death by the Israeli Military. It was important for Israel to attack back at Palestine to protect itself because Hamas was continuously doing guerrilla attacks.

Now, when we talk about Russia’s support for the country in support of Israel or in support of Palestine. We know, after all, Russia is in support of Palestine
It’s about whether they support Palestine; they are getting themselves cemented within the Arab World by showing that they support the Palestinians, while Americans are supporting Israel. it’s not about Russia giving all its attention towards Palestine and Gaza because they want to be the soft power in the Middle East.
Like the countries United States and European Union, Russia has not blacklisted Hamas as stating These are Terrorist organisation. Russia hosted various conferences while representing Hamas, Fatah, and Islamic Jihad.
As Moscow is capable of not influencing more besides its support for Palestine, Moscow, Moscow has also criticized Western countries for supporting Israel.
What Russia is doing is anti-Western AND consequently supporting an anti-Israel position. Russia’s proposal to support Gaza for a ceasefire at the UNSC was voted down by the UK, US, France, and Japan.

India wants both countries, Israel and Palestine leave with peace. India stands by what is wrong at the current time. We can’t deny that the Arab states have supported and made it easy for Hamas in the Gaza War. It’s the war that has been going on for a decade. When the war broke out, the Arab government faced difficulty in responding politically, even geopolitically, to its dimensions and its link with Gaza.
It’s a do-or-die situation. Arab supporters of Palestine risk their lives if they decide to fight against Israel and will face Israeli aggression.
One more thing to note is that if they do not do anything, they will lose because they will there domestic turbulence with Israel .
China
China supports Palestine and does not directly oppose Israel. China says Palestinians are fighting for their national rights. Palestine’s Prime Minister was the first Arab leader to visit China, where the Chinese announced directly that they are supporting Palestine, while on the one hand, China supports Palestine, on the other hand, China encourages Palestine to support it. The US has put pressure on Israel to break all engagement with China.
If we talk about the rule of law for justifying the war, when violations such as targeting civilians and imposing punishment, you cannot justify it by saying the other side has committed violations, so we do to balance it.
INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW
This is the body that used to look at every wrong happening against humanity and governs the conduct of all hostilities; all parties of nations must comply with International Humanitarian Law.
With the help of Human Rights Watch and its experts, it works with all the UN bodies . The legal organization in Palestine and Israel. Israel and Palestine need to reconsider what they think of their countries and people, as Israel is a nation of Jewish People and Palestine is talking about is a jihadi and Muslim dominating nation these two having different approaches. It is clear there are vast differences and unequal treatment between the two countries

It’s the long-standing conflict that is not going to end if the International bodies do not intervene in it. It’s the conflict that challenges International law. International Law resolution needs to address the issue of protecting civilians, which is central to consider. For that matter, the United Nations has to take some lasting peace will depend on legal resolutions to secure the fundamental rights of civilians. People are searching for justice, it is the failure of diplomacy as well as of humanity. The world is globally responding full of anger and hatred because people are fighting to find justice. We might need a lawful solution that guides both countries to resolve the dispute so that the loss of life can be stopped. We need to understand and maintain the current US policy towards Israel and Palestine, as the United States is doing something which is not just harming the situation but making it worse, as the US is being two-faced because they are also five security assistance and weapons to Israel. ON the other hand, the us will support equal protection to Palestine by saying they are suffering a lot, the US should stop defending Israel, as in the name of saying they are protecting their country, but what we can see is that the only harm the people of Gaza are facing. Humanity is dying, and in this current situation, except for the Arab countries, no one is supporting Palestine.
