Let’s be the development now!

Author:Sheikh Tashu

Have you ever thought that how valuable a single voice can effect millions of lives and can break any dominated system?

As i recall, Bhagat Singh our revolutionary freedom fighter who was in direct action against the British Rule, he used his time in prison to read extensively and write about his vision for india, as said in is famous essay “Why I Am an Atheist” challenges blind faith and emphasises rational thinking as his words still continues to inspire generations. One man alone, wasn’t he? But his alone voice was enough.

Revolutionary enough.

Let’s be the development now rather than asking for it.

I am nobody to tell what to do but i can tell my people what they can do, the wise one, the witty one’s, the one who understands human nature, development, values life, earth, soil , soul , nature, hygiene, love, equality, money, empathy towards women, children, employees and their wages (both for men and women).

We should be committed to advancing our financial well being. It is prudent to be attentive to the ramifications of having clear water, lesser taxes , voices against rapes, dowry, safety for your sister and wife and daughter,

safety for your property, for your country,poor childrens, sick elders, life insurance to youth, better health care and be someone ourselves who understands the consequences of oligarchy going on in world. Let’s be clear about our voices, nonetheless your voice, against non believers of unity between us and what not in the name of god. Isn’t this what we go and pray for in a temple and in a mosque and in a chapel and in an isolated mountains. Why not first try doing it ?

Here is few listed things of underdeveloped aspects of ruler areas in india; infrastructure deficiency, limited healthcare, educational gaps, agriculture dependency, limited employment opportunities, under developed transportation systems, insufficient financial services.

Now, here are few listed underdeveloped aspects of urban areas in india; traffic congestion, waste management, affordable housing, urban heat Island effect, public healthcare system strain, crime and safety concerns.These lists should be highlighted as the need for the better urban and rural areas planning and policies for the improvement.

I am of the conviction that your voice is enough to reach the government for serving us these policies which we and our countrymen truly deserves.

We are india!

Dear youth, let’s vote for development. For country’s well being which indirectly impacts us.

As this resurfaces in my own memory i am well connected with numerous people who are socialists and i know this deeply that every soul in this country wants this but is confused where to voice it all out.

Let’s be the development, you,yourself is the development. You are a country, you are india. And together “We are India”

Why not let’s view us as a political party ourselves, why can’t we? Each individual can serve the country so i say “Let’s do politics” for positive impacts. Plot something on your own for your own. Rise up and question upon your government why aren’t they serving us better? Even if they are why are our people not following the rules of hygienic measures? Why are you taking the bribe? Why are you letting someone take the bribe? Why are you offering somebody a bribe? Stand in lines, follow the traffic rules, don’t spit anywhere you want, don’t destroy a public property it’s your own home, give due consideration to Air quality of our respective areas, your voices upon better education system, In 2022, over

1.3 million people of india emigrated for work, why not try to serve our own people and bring money to your own home country?

Stay and protest for employments ask them to cut the taxes. We deserve this respect. How are we supposed to save money if our basic necessities are so expensive? I am not saying ‘no tax!’ I am saying ‘less tax’ i am not saying

‘ it’s all government’s fault’ i am saying ‘we should act responsibly too’

Don’t litter that street, you paid for it’s maintenance,our government and our people worked hard for that street at your nearest bazaars, people who create unnecessary loud noises, playing DJ’s so loud that my uncle almost had a heart attack near it?

People of any religion why you forget god told us to pray silently and meditate he who can hear your soul needs no DJ’s, people who make noises over a wedding, people who idolises unimportant entertainment media personalities and social media your passion was misplaced in an unworthy endeavor. Food stall owners who make terrible unhygienic street foods that is food poisoning everyone here and there, remember how cautiously your mother cooked for you? Who taught you to be so cruel to make such poor quality food and feed hungry, desparate to eat something, tired from schools, colleges and working young youth? Stop using MSGs, stop using palm oil and a little measures for maintenance of hygiene is not only your excepted job but also your social responsibility!

Anyone who destroy our historical monuments, imagine destroying your own house? I myself consider you idle. Why are we so irresponsible!

And therefore, we are letting people who govern and serve us get irresponsible too?

I know india is a large country and therefore hard to manage, india is too diverse to have people of people of same beliefs but this is not an excuse for our unemployment, development, poverty, education and good management. Allow me to elaborate, look at our birth rates, there are enough people to unite and make this country better and great.

Your rage matters, your understanding matters, your curiosity matters.

why we aren’t getting what we deserve matters, your love matters, your inner thought matters but it doesn’t matter only when you don’t care about all of this at all and not until you do something about it. Remember me few minutes ago reminding you “You are India”.

I end this commentary with my tribute to Rain Gaidinliu, born in Manipur, not only was against British apartheid in india but also

showed her bravery and sacrifices as her story is not as widely celebrated as other leaders of the independence movement. She not only fought against colonial rule but also worked for the social and cultural upliftment of her people.She remains a symbol of women’s leadership, tribal resistance

and india’s fight freedom.

I would like to reflect upon a notable quote about India by a foreign journalist Mark Twain;

“India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great grandmother of tradition.”

And our honourable, Munshi Premchand ji once said;

(“India is not just a piece of land; it is a symbol of a living culture, civilization, and tradition. In its soil, there is devotion, struggle, and love.”)

Jai Hind.
