About the Course

It delves into the discussion of criminal litigation in the Indian legal framework, specifically focusing the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (Indian Penal Code), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (Criminal Procedure Code), Bharatiya Sakshya Sanhita (Indian Evidence Act), POCSO, POSH, NI Act, JJ Act, Dowry Prohibition Act, coupled with an emphasis on enhancing drafting and advocacy skills under the guidance of distinguished practitioners from the Supreme Court of India.

The primary objective of this course is to furnish law students and legal practitioners with a profound understanding of criminal law as well as acquiring advanced drafting and advocacy skills. This program is particularly beneficial for individuals pursuing BA LL.B (Hons.), BBA LL.B (Hons.), B.Com LL.B (Hons.), LL.B, LL.M, and law enthusiasts.
